We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified checks, cashiers checks or pro-forma invoicing from established domestic accounts. Overseas accounts require pre-payment in full, by wire transfer or irrevocable confirmed letter of credit. To establish net 30 day terms, payable by company check, you must complete a Major Surplus wholesale credit application, which can be obtained by calling our credit department.

Please check all cartons before signing delivery receipts. If you find any damage, please write “DAMAGED CARTON(S)” on all delivery receipts before signing. All claims for lost orders or products damaged in transit must be made with the delivering carrier. Major Surplus is not responsible for loss, damage or pilferage in transit, but we will be pleased to help with furnishing documentation for your freight claim(s).
